ABOUT JAMES DUNNE

HEAD COACH AND FOUNDER OF THE KINETIC REVOLUTION METHOD

James has been coaching and working with with athletes from a wide
range of sports since 2002. With an academic background in Sports
Injury Rehabilitation _(BSc, Hons)_, his particular areas of
speciality include:

He currently works with a large group of triathletes with a wide
range of abilities from Pro to Beginner.

Previously a Professional Rugby Union Player, James has also worked
within Professional Rugby League, with Premiership Footballers and
International Track Athletes.

James also writes for, and has featured in, various health and
fitness magazines such as Women's Running, UltraFit Magazine and Men's
Running.

He is also a fully insured member of the (BASRaT)
