Spontaneous Collage Journal
The aim of this six week collage journal course is to awaken spontaneity, curiosity, and creative freedom, and your connection to your unlimited self. If you feel stuck repeating the same patterns over and over in your life, this method of journaling will help you to open up to fresh insights that will invite more joy and flow into your life. The spontaneous collage process that we will explore in our journals is a tool for awareness, found delights and wider possibilities.
Collage is accessible to everyone. No previous art experience or special talent is required.
Collage is a satisfying sort of play because it allows a colorful, immediately apparent result that encourages further exploration and curiosity. It becomes a daily showing up on the page with a most wondrous question,“Who am I today?”
Over time, small and large mysteries are revealed. We see what we love and what we hide about ourselves. Sometimes gently and sometimes with exasperation we begin to see what works and what does not work in our lives. How do we reveal ourselves to ourselves? Truth has a way of finding us if we get out of our own way.
