Money wouldn't be a problem, and my energy would be unstoppable because each day would be a new adventure, a new...exciting journey of freedom and achievement.

My days would be filled with leisurely walks on the beach, intense games of tennis and golf, intriguing and fun time with my friends and health that would put me in the best shape I have ever been.
And best of all...I wouldn't turn down any offers to do exciting things with great people because I was afraid of being embarassed or that people would laugh at me.
Well, what happened? Even though I followed my plan exactly as detailed, worked hard and achieved some incredible heights, remained largely positive, had some fun in my life...there was something missing...something BIG that still seemed just out of reach.
At 28-years old I hit a point in my life where I figured it all out...at least 98% of it. The answer...
It Was All A Fantasy!
Take the most successful athlete in the world, are they wandering the beaches of the finest resorts in the world day-in and day-out? No, they are wrestling with a task list that is a mile longer than mine is.
How about the most successful business people on this planet, or the top looking and healthy role models you look up to...try following them around for a week and see how incredibly busy and under-pressure they are.
What about the perfect relationships between two captivated, passionate people who cherish every second they get to spend together and honestly live each minute in blissful happiness...they too are under massive stress, perhaps even more than you or I.
Enough Already - STOP!
It's really not that bad...and there are certainly some very incredible and positive things we can all look forward to, but let's agree right now to be realistic...after all, if we want to achieve greater things in our lives...find the "IT" that you have been missing, then doesn't it make sense we have to look where we haven't looked before?

After hitting rock bottom at 28-years old despite living life the "right" way, it finally became obvious...the world is like a giant movie theatre...and your life is mostly spent trying to fit into other people's movies.
No wonder I felt like I was missing something, suffering with low self-esteem, afraid to really show the world what I was all about...
Each of us chooses to become a star in one of the Billions of movies that plays itself out each and everyday...we're all in one, the question is...

Here's how we can do it. Before I turned 28 I had put into place a system for improving myself that included 3 critical steps that proved to be incredibly powerful...I can tell you what they were.
3 Critical Pillars Of Greatness
Step 1 was all about dealing with enormous levels of stress. You know, the kind of chronic, day-in and day-out pressure that renders you a unable to face the day nevermind work up the courage to try new and exciting things.
When I began the journey of stress-busting, I quickly learned that putting on a positive face, ignoring stressors, affirmations, or positive thinking don't work
...in fact, these typical personal improvement concepts just made things worse because each time I tried one of these and it didn't work the deeper my level of stress and desparation became.
Then...came a turnaround. Just like stepping out of an airplane into a tropical climate, my life took on a whole new perspective. I applied a small set of techniques that suddenly allowed me to see life in a very different way...a way that thankfully allowed me to automatically manage stress (without even having to think about it or try) that still shocks me even today.

I have to be 100% honest with you.
Even though I put the 3 Principles of Greatness outlined above into practice in my life back when I hit bottom at age 28, there were still two other major obstacles that were holding me back...only with the help of some very intelligent and experienced people was I able to overcome these roadblocks.
