A lot of people think that the concept behind creating niche minisites is to build a single website and then sit back as it rakes in thousands per month. Well I hate to break it to you, but that probably won't happen. What will happen, however, is that for every niche minisite you will put in an investment of roughly $10/yr and 30 minutes to 2 hours of your time.
