1.  See yourself in perfect shape. 
The #1 reason why people have a hard time sticking to a healthy lifestyle
is because they 'dream fat dreams' - meaning that they can't actually see
themselves in great shape (that's a shame because it's quite simple once
you know how to do it). Dream boarding is one method, but there's several
fast, effective ways that only take 2-3 minutes per day, and in that time
you can build such a powerful vision of yourself in top shape - that your
motivation will literally be unstoppable!

Clean out the pipes.  This body of ours must have had some incredible engineer. Everything has its place and there is no extra room. If one organ swells, then another organ gets compressed or crushed. Organs don't work well when they're
crushed, and your circulation gets interrupted. Every organ needs good circulation to get nutrition in and get waste
out. Your colon is so big that it's connected to, touches, or is in the vicinity of every
digestive organ in your body. 
Constipation causes the colon to swell, and when this happens,
nothing in your body works efficiently - so there's no way you can expect
to have an abundance of energy, and there's no way you can expect to drop
all that excess weight, or look and feel young... until you clean out all
that toxic sludge that's stuck in you.  
Most people are scared
to death of doing colon cleanses, but there's several fast, simple, gentle
ways to clean out your pipes and keep yourself clean without unhealthy

Eat breakfast!  OK, I realize that most people aren't
hungry in the morning - but if you eat a healthy breakfast, it WILL boost

Stop working so hard on your diet. Imagine your metabolism as the top of a table, and each

supports that table.
Truth is, the majority of people support their table (or
metabolism) with only 1 or 2 legs. Some use diet as one of their legs,
some use exercise, and a few really smart people combine both diet and
exercise, so their metabolic table has 2 legs to stand
on.  But those who are truly successful in dropping weight fast AND
keeping it off forever, are those who use 5, 6, 7 or more

they never have to work hard on their diet or their exercise program.

Never eat carbohydrates before bed.  Eating carbs before
bed suppresses your natural growth hormone (growth hormone is your body's
way of burning fat while you sleep), so if you're hungry before bed,
choosing protein or low carb vegetables (like a salad with chicken or eggs
on it - will help you burn more fat with less effort.
6. 
Eat some vegetables with each meal.  Did you know that 70%
of all the energy you use during the day is used just to digest your
food?  I can show you several ways to immediately improve how your
body digests food, and therefore boost your energy, but one of those ways
is to eat vegetables with each meal, because the enzymes in those
vegetables will help your body to digest all the others foods you eat in
that same meal.
