Fred) who resided in London, England. He grew up with a brother,

Fred was a religious person but was unwilling to attend orthodox

He made an honest endevour to do His will according to the light
within him. This led him to the East of London where, in those days,
vice, poverty and wretchedness most abound. He found his life's work
in helping to teach these poor down-trodden human beings the glory of
God.
