But first let me introduce myself.

My Name is Bayo Adio and you may have seen or heard about me through my blogs, facebook, newsletters or on YouTube. Well let me tell you!  I wasn't always a runner, fitness entrepreneur, a fat loss expert or a running coach.  I was just someone who wanted to change his lifestyle into a more healthier one.  And that's how the journey started.

I remember setting a goal to run my 1st 5k race.  I was pretty scared and embarrassed that a young guy like myself couldn't even run a mile without stopping.  I wanted to drop a few pounds, get some abs and set a goal for myself to achieve. So I started looking up everything I could, reading books and learning as much as possible about running, healthy eating etc.

I still remember the day that I conquered my first 5k! (3.1) miles.
My Life changed FOREVER!

I felt so happy and very good about accomplishing this goal I set for myself, that I once thought was just CRAZY at the time. From there on, I found myself helping friends train for their own races and teaching them what I have learned.  And now over the years, I have helped hundreds of people all over the country to train for and run their own 1st 5k races or half marathons.

I also run local running classes to help my clients prepare and conquer their own first 5k, color run, warrior dash, half marathon, etc. with whom many of them have become lifelong runners.  Makes me very proud :)

WHAT THIS IS NOT
This program is NOT for advanced or experienced runners.  This Program is for the beginner runners or a person that has never ran before but is interested in becoming a runner.

This is NOT a Couch to 5k Program that takes 9 weeks to complete (Aint nobody got time for that ☺) With this unique program you will run only 2-3x/week and the program takes 5 weeks to complete.

This is NOT a running program that is teaching you how to train for a race with an only alternate walking and running plan. This is going to teach you how to run/jog a whole 3.1 miles continuously, NON STOP and most importantly injury free.

I had a great exp. with the 5k/5 wk program. It showed me not to second guess myself. That I CAN do it. Each and every step were surprises for myself. As I reached one step I knew the next was in reach. Prior to the program I would run/jog occasionally but there wasn't the purpose.

At the time I could barely run 1 mile let alone 3 and he convinced me to sign up for a 6 mile distance so that I would push myself.  This quote has pushed me in some many other aspects of life. I used to always run with music but I finally tried running without it during our relay and I felt so relaxed and had such a moment of Zen that it prevents me from ever running with music. Some people like it but now I do not. The miles just stroll by once I can achieve a mind of clarity.

When I started running with Bayo I was a beginner.  I was born with Asthma and had never ran a lap around the track let alone a mile.  But after a few weeks of training with Bayo I was running a mile. It was very slow but I was proud when I ran my first mile. 

Then one day Bayo posted that he wanted to offer a training plan for a half marathon so committed myself to training.  This is from someone that had never ran more then a mile without stopping and I was going to run 13.1.

Well for me it started when I went out a couple of days after Christmas last year to run a mile and had to stop 3 or 4 times. I was 245 pounds and ready to make a change.
