[]My name is John Holt. I have been a professional trainer for over a decade. Over the course of those 10 years I have had a very diverse career. After earning several black belts and retiring undefeated after 6 years as a professional Muay Thai fighter I began helping others reach their fitness goals with what I had learned in the martial arts world. I wasn’t satisfied with just training fighters so I earned certifications as a Personal Trainer, a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a Sports Nutritionist. I have used my knowledge and expertise to help everyone from police, military, MMA fighters, and even just your average joe looking to look and feel better. After owning several gyms and being featured in numerous television spots I decided face to face training just wasn’t helping enough people! I boiled my techniques down to a basic, easy to follow system that would help everyone looking for “that next level”!
