Sprint For Your Life!

Sprinting makes perfect sense to our bodies and stimulates the kind of adaptation we are looking for, namely fat loss, without the chronic stress that comes with toiling on a treadmill for hours.  Getting started can be a little intimidating, and nobody wants to get hurt.  We give you detailed video instruction on multiple modalities of sprinting including warm-ups and workouts to get you on your way to experiencing the benefits only sprinting can deliver.
