Why did I create this course
Because Women suffer from stress more than men – I don’t need to say why – If you are a woman, you will know exactly why … The worries, the ‘what if’s’, the demands, the pressures, the many different roles in a woman’s life, are causing a great deal of stress, discomfort and unhappiness.
Ask any woman – ‘how are you today?’ and many would sum up their answer in one word – ‘STRESSED!’
So if you get stressed, if your workload, your daily life and the constant demands you face everyday are causing you to feel stressed on a regular basis, then you need to do something about it – there is no point going through life unhappy is there? There is no point to experiencing all this unhappiness, and bad feelings associated with stress is there?
Why would you want to subject yourself to such feelings, make yourself uncomfortable and put yourself at possible risk of the damaging affects of stress when you can do something about it now? Something that will change your life forever – no more will you feel so stressed all the time – no more will you feel that your life is spinning out of control …

You are wise to listen to your fears – but the problem appears when you start believing everything your fear is telling you – Because then you start to have those dreaded anxiety and panic attacks – often at the most inconvenient of times – and for what seems like no reason at all.
Having these strong feelings about things that will not kill you, whilst that may seem totally nonsensical to you – are totally explainable – and in the program, I explain it all – If you can understand that you feel the way you do because your amygdala is on constant alert, and if you can grasp the fact that together with your hypothalamus, you have created some strong emotional memories and thought patterns, then you can work through to undo most of them until your panic and anxiety starts to subside.
