About Junaid Jaffar
I have been involved in bodybuilding for over a decade. The frustration of being an overweight teenager led me to make a lifelong commitment to redesigning my body. My journey began in 2002 when I started resistance training, which compelled me to further my knowledge of fitness and nutrition extensively. Since that point I have never looked back.
