You keep practicing as long as you like using the audio files. As long as you’ve studied to our schedule you will be aware of the all of the areas to improve and you will know what to do. Recently, our founder Georgie, met with one of her first students who is using audio given to her nearly 8 years ago. Where are my teachers from?
Your teachers are from Australia. But don’t worry you won’t get an Aussie accent, the courses are taught in Accent Neutral English. Most non-native speakers mistakenly think they sound British. How will I know I’m improving?
We use a range of tools to help you check your progress. The first is we teach you to become an expert in your pronunciation, at hearing what is correct and incorrect and then making those changes. We do this by showing you on video, then reinforcing the correct pronunciation through audio. You’ll do lots of practice. Then at the end of each lesson is a Star Check – where you can record yourself and compare it to a native speaker. There are quizzes to help test your knowledge and finally you can arrange a Skype tutorial (for $79 for 45 minutes) to get live feedback.
