now, and it's because of this book. I got Matt's book and jumped into
the beginner program. I've been able to get through 5 weeks of it so
far. First, this program really pushes me. Sometimes after the
workout, I just collapse and lay there for a while. And I'm not in bad
shape. So I'd recommend this to those of you who don't have a lot of
time, and want to get the most out of what little time they have to
exercise. The strength workouts usually take me about 35-37 minutes to
finish (including a 5 min warmup) and the conditioning workouts take
