Frequently Asked Questions
Are your plugins compatible with any WordPress version?
No, they’re not. Our plugins are only compatible with WordPress 3.0 or higher. For security reasons, you should always use the latest WordPress version.
Are your plugins compatible with any WordPress theme?
We tested our plugins with some of the most popular WordPress themes out there. This includes (in no particular order): Builder and Flexx from iThemes, Catalyst, Standard Theme, StartBox, StudioPress and Thesis. We certainly tested our plugins with the default WordPress themes i.e. TwentyTwelve, TwentyEleven and TwentyTen.
Please note that this doesn’t mean our plugins are not compatible with other themes. It’s just that since there are tens of thousands WordPress themes out there, it’s impossible to test our plugins with each and every theme available out there.
Generally, if your theme is properly coded, it should be compatible with our plugins. So, just give it a try! If it turns out that your theme is not compatible with our plugins and you intend to keep your theme, you can always request a refund. You’ve got nothing to lose!
Are your plugins compatible with any WordPress plugin?
This is another tough question to answer. As you already know, there are so many WordPress plugins out there. It’s practically impossible to test our plugins with each and every one of them. The rule of thumb is, if it’s properly coded than there should be no conflict with our plugins.
Do you offer refund?
Yes, we do. If for whatever reasons you’re not happy with our plugins, just send us a refund request via our support desk within 60 days of your purchase. We’ll refund your money 100% with no questions asked.
Please note however that you won’t be able to use our plugins if you refund as your license will be revoked. There is no refund after 60 days.
What’s your system requirements
WordPress 3.0 or higher (self-hosted version, not WordPress.com) ionCube loader enabled PHP 5 with mycrypt mod enabled client must have javascript enabled on their browser

These are common requirements. Most web hosts, especially the good ones, enable them by default If your web host don’t enable them already, simply ask them to There must not be any additional charge to enable these features. If your host ask you some money for this, they’re ripping you off! If your host don’t support these requirements, it can only mean one thing: they’re not a good web host. Find a better one! You owe it to your business
How do I know my web host supports IonCube?
You can either ask your web host or perform the following self test.
From your WordPress admin dashboard install the [IonCube Tester](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ioncube-tester/) plugin. Find the plugin using the keyword as shown in the image below. Or alternatively you can download the plugin directly from WordPress repository to your computer and then upload it to your server.
Once you install the plugin, go to Settings and click the IonCube Tester menu you see there. If your web host supports the IonCube, you should see the notification as shown in the image below:
