My discovery of Thailand is like the gradual opening of a Treasure
Chest. I am continually discovering more and more Treasures inside and
the knowledge and experiences that I have obtained only excites me
more and further deepens my love for this land that I hope to call my
Home very soon!. Throughout the years I have Travelled in and out of
Thailand and I have been challenged by the Thai way of life! Remember
Visitors to Thailand only catch a Taste of Thailand's Exotic flavour,
yet I have Discovered that it is amongst the Grit and Grime of every
day life in Thailand That I have made my most Rewarding Discoveries
and this is what inspired me to Create this ebook. I hope the Advice

Well now your either heading to Thailand for a holiday of some kind
or another or maybe you plan to Work there or maybe you are even
thinking of Retiring there, Well one things for sure you are gonna
need some kind of Accomadation, well the good news is that
Accommodation is cheap in Thailand and you can expect to pay between
$5 - $15 a night depending on your Location and level of luxury you
require! Remember the further out of town you go the cheeper it gets.
If you are traveling to thailand with the intention of staying for an
extended period of time then you might want to consider finding Work
there to Finance your stay or just to bring in some extra cash..Below
are a few Ideas of what you could Work at.., have a look and get your

If your thinking of heading to Thailand for a Vacation to Work or
even Retire then it`s worth while considering some kind of Health
Insurance..Especially if you are at Retirement age or if you are going
to be heading out into the sticks..Those mosquitos can be a pest and
you never know what you might pick-up and there are the Ladie`s to
consider, Well better safe than sorry..That`s my motto..and remember
if your going to be staying in the Touristy spot`s like Bangkock or
Pattaya then these are very Busy and there are lot`s of Motorbikes and
if you are unlucky enough to meet a Drunken Farang,then you would be
glad that you had taken out your Health Insurance. Below are some
examples for you to consider..Remember: "Better safe than sorry"
No matter how you intend to spend your time in Thailand unless your a
Thai Citizen your going to need a Visa. (In some cases a Thai Citizen
needs a Visa if they carry another Passport). For people who want to
live permanently in Thailand you'll need to take special care with
your Visa Application. There is a saying amongst expats Living in
Thailand. "Everyone has problems in Thailand, but none more so than
the dreaded _Visa Run_".
SEE YOUR DOCTOR AT LEAST 4-6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR TRIP TO ALLOW TIME FOR
SHOTS TO TAKE EFFECT
If it is less than 4 weeks before you leave, you should still see
your Doctor. It might not be too late to get your shots or Medications
as well as other information about how to protect yourself from
illness and injury while Traveling.
Ohh it`s so so sad!..The cheap carriersflights are now banned from
Europe! I rememberThere was a whole series of black-marking Airlines
and even air authorities and over the last few years . A lot of the
Indian carriers flights are no more for the UK goer`s. This "breaks my
heart and hurts my pocket!..."
I will assume you are a Foreign National wishing to Marry a Thai
National (although the procedure is much the same if both are
Foreigners).
It's a pretty painless process to Marry in Thailand but you will have
to jump through a few hoops with your Embassy and Document
Translations and Legalisation. The marriage itself is carried out at
the local Amphur office (Town hall) and carried out according to Thai
law but you must first produce the following...
Ok you have decided to retire in Thailand most likely to enjoy the
Fantastic Lifestyle and the all year round Summer at a fraction of the
cost of say Europe or America "No more chilly Winters" and a bonus is
that you will be Taxed at a far lower rate if you Retire in Thailand
