Job - or career - burnout is a real and serious issue that affects
people in many walks of life. It can have serious consequences for
your career, your health, your relationships and even your sense of
self-respect.

The good news is that there are some simple and logical things that
you can do to halt and control burnout, so that you can reclaim your
energy, gain clarity of thought and purpose, and make the changes you
need to keep your life moving forward.

Thats why Ive created this site. You see - Ive been through workplace
burnout, so I know exactly how distressing and confusing it can be,
and how difficult it can be to find people who understand what youre
going through.

But I made it through to the other side, coming out a wiser and
happier person, and I want others to do the same. So Ive pulled
together a summary of what I found to be useful and practical, based
on my own experiences, a great deal of research and all that I learned
from the many people who helped me get back on track.
