MY STORY

In 1994 I sustained a left knee injury that included cartilage damage and resulted in surgery. I was told by my surgeon,“You know, you’ll never run again”

Well, my surgeon was wrong.

I came back from the surgery and was able to return to jogging, running, sprinting, and even playing some basketball. Many of the concepts in this book came from my own quest to be active and fit.

For three decades I’ve worked in the sports and orthopedic world, and one of the most common questions I hear is how I can help alleviate Runner’s Knee.
