light as a feather in my hands. I just kept piling on weight. I felt
strong and stable, even without the belt, and the weight was moving
fast.

When the dust cleared I'd pulled a fast 40-lb Personal Record, with no

On a whim I decided to test my vertical jump, since I'd recently
tested it before the program started. Surprisingly, despite the heavy
deadlifts, I jumped 28.5", which is a full 1" higher than I had
before! Given that I weigh 255 lbs, that's not bad!

I take regular measurements anyway and I knew that my arms had grown
from 18" to 18.5" while my body fat actually went down.
