The eye opening part of all this was that myself and many others were fully dependent to rely on the gym to workout.


I stopped working out for months and lost every single positive gain I acquired with hours of hard work in the gym.  It was demoralizing to see hours and hard work evaporate in less than a few months.

I then spent way too much money on home fitness products that under delivered every time to try and find my way back to working out consistently (that is why I created the video for you so you don’t make the same mistakes as I did).

I was at an all time fitness low and I was ready to just sulk in the couch and let myself go.

Instead of letting myself go, I decided it was time to eliminate my dependency on anything but my body to get in fast and effective workouts with minimal to no equipment.  It was foreign territory but knew I had no choice.

I spent the past 4 years heavily researching and learning the most efficient methods to burn fat, build muscle, increase optimal health, and use bodyweight workouts to get amazing results that last in a short period of time.

I created countless bodyweight workout routines and unique exercises during this process, and was truly shocked at the results I began to see in such a small amount of time when I put them to use.
I was burning fat and my abs began to show again. I actually became stronger than at any point when I was working out at the gym. I developed lean muscle proportionally throughout my body and developed the “Lean Look”  naturally. I can honestly say with 100% authenticity that I am in the best shape of my life and I have not set foot in a gym for a very long time!
