The Life Value Profile Assessment
Our Life Value Profile was developed by world renowned Axiology expert, Dr. David Mefford, and it is a unique and innovative online assessment based on the science of Axiology, which mathematically defines the difference between what is now and what ought to be, or could be, in the future. This provides an opportunity to create a "road map" for stable growth and development in any area of special interest, and this growth and development can actually be measured. The assessment consists of two sections, with each section consisting of statements that you drag and drop based on how you prioritize the worth of each one, which takes approximately 20 minutes.
Your assessment results are emailed directly to you as a PDF, which includes your scores and a breakdown of each question and score.

Ronnie Tsunami is a motivational speaker, Life and Business Coach, Solution Architect and former Chief Information Office (CIO), certified systems engineer, project manager, Affiliate Certified Axiology Practitioner (ACAP) and enterprise learning strategist, who has served as Lead Network Engineer for the Secretary of Defense, as well as developed global training and support programs for enterprise organizations, such as Microsoft, Time Warner Cable, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, NetHope and the US Air Force. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, his training programs have been adopted by more than 2,000 academic institutions around the world.
In addition to his work in the training and education industry, he is also an award-winning singer, songwriter and composer, creator of the "Find Your Happy Place" album, and author of the forthcoming book, "Tsunami SOS: The 7 Critical Survival Skills for Business Professionals Facing Massive Change".
Mike Hartman is author of "100 Ways to Become Your Personal Best," the Founder of BetterLifeTraining.com, a Certified Axiological Practitioner (CAP) Lifesytle Coach and a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a former professional hockey player who played with the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning, Stanley Cup Champions New York Rangers, Team USA, European Leagues and the Minors.
For over 25 years, Mike has committed himself to working with people to become their personal best. His passion is motivating people to live their dreams, because he understands the struggles that they endure. As a young kid and teen athlete, Mike did not make it to the travel teams, until he was 13 years old. When he finally made it, he always struggled to compete against the other players. Through good mentors, coaches and teachers, all while paying attention to the little things in detail and following plans and rituals, he achieved his ultimate lifetime goal of playing in the NHL. This journey of Mike’s as a young kid who fought against all odds to make it, led him to write and produce his book. Not only did he overcome his growth areas, but he wanted to share his story with others, as well as his own children.
Beckie Saupe' is an Affiliate Certified Axiological Practitioner Lifestyle Coach, she has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Development and her Personal Fitness Training Certification. She has an extended background working with women, teens as well as kids with Developmental Disabilities. Life issues that she has worked on with kids have involved self-esteem, self-confidence, body image, eating disorders, decision making, peer pressure, academic challenges and frustrations, goal setting, as well as incorporating healthy fitness and wellness choices.
She has been in the field of Health, Wellness and Self-improvement for over a decade.
Beckie understands the struggles that women face; as she herself personally struggled with a low self-esteem, low self-confidence, distorted body image, eating disorder and academic challenges, for most of her teenage and young adult life. As a result, she received years of counseling and coaching from other mentors, and Beckie went on to receive her education in the areas of Psychology and Human Development and Axiology so she could help others who have walked in shoes similar to hers. She believes that you cannot teach what you do not know, and you cannot lead where you have not gone! Her mission has always been to work with women and teens to coach them through a program that will help them improve their lifestyle by following plans, rituals and goals.
