HOW CAN I DO IT ALL?!?!

I had the flu this past weekend. The horrible, haven't been this sick
and throwing up since five years old flu. And my Mommy was taking care
of my two year old so she couldn't take care of me!!!

FAILING TO PREPARE, IS PREPARING TO FAIL

Huh?

This is something that I learned from my very first Personal
Trainer.  Actually it is a saying/quote that he included on his
"cookie cutter" biography that some gyms have their trainer's fill out
and post on a wall somewhere.  I remember this _saying_ because once
we got past the "I HATE YOU FOR MAKING ME DO ALL OF THESE HARD THINGS
THAT I DON'T WANT TO DO" trainer/client relationship and grew to be
good friends,  I used to employ all of the sarcastic senses of my
humor and tease him about it.

any exercise routine.  By promoting a better range of motion for
muscles and joints, it aids in the prevention of muscle stiffness and
injuries.  This section on flexibility includes a variety of
instructional static and dynamic stretching videos.  We recommend
including a few different stretches into your routine - ideally
choosing stretches that correspond with the muscles you are using.
