Hey Mandy! Long time no talk! Rehabs are going well. We are well on
our way to a minimum 6 flips this year. We have two that we rehabbed
and sold already and are in the process of looking for our next 2. Our
last flip was a HUD. It was a 2 week rehab, on the market for 2 weeks
and then a full priced offer. Talk about a slam dunk! We also decided
in our last rehab that we aren't going to be doing any of the labor in
the homes and bid out the complete rehab. The only two successful real
estate investors I know do it this way, and ALL the unsuccessful
investors I know do alot of the work themselves. Just made sense plus
I hate painting!
