epedimic. What I will make you realize is this: losing weight is not
"hard." Someone tying you upside down and saying you have 1 minute to
unlock yourself or your life is over (as if you were the great
Houdini) is hard. Sticking to your plan when losing weight, that is
(not for long!) the hardest part. But the actual process and ability
of losing weight itself is not hard at all. It's more about dedication
and possessing the proper knowledge, not overcoming some impossible
obstacle. What I will be presenting to you is an ebook that
