How Was I Able To Succeed?
 

    Well, I began using eBay about six years ago.
    I spent many hours exploring the eBay marketplace, the products and their prices, looking for suppliers from different categories and many different products.
    I was learning, reading books, articles and blogs, buying video lessons, spending literally THOUSANDS of dollars over the course of six years.
    First, I decided to start with authentic, old silver coins because I could get them locally. I spent almost a year selling coins, but the profit was about 10%, if I was lucky. Sometimes I ended up LOSING because I couldn’t get the right price from the auction.
    After that, I decided to go with drop shipping and to stop selling coins. For me, it was like an absolute miracle. I couldn’t believe that someone else would do all of the work for me. I started selling Kodak cameras for $75 and I was getting $5-$10 in profit from each one sold, but on a good day, I would only sell one. After about two months of trying different products, I decided to GIVE UP.
    Then I found a company that was selling pallets of customer returns, refurbished, and used products. I decided to try a pallet. It was a mix of various electronics and computer accessories. I ordered one pallet with 250 products and was ready to resell them. At first, I had to test all of the products myself because they were customer returns. It was also rather difficult figuring out the right price for each of the products, coming up with the right words for the description and title, and I still had to take pictures for each one. In about two months I had sold everything, granted some of it I had sold from local ads. After all of the HARD WORK, I realized that this wasn’t working for me at all. I was tired and the money I made was too little for the amount of work.
    I quit selling on eBay totally and was living the ‘normal’ life I had before, I was going to my daily job, FRUSTRATED about my situation. I don’t know how it happened, but I started seeing a lot of wealthy and happy people, who made a lot of money, having fun and enjoying their life. For me it was challenging because I never had such a life, I never had the perfect job with perfect the salary. I was a simply guy who just wanted to be successful in life.
    One day as I was walking into the supermarket and thinking how big this business really is, I thought, ‘The owners must make a lot of money from their stores. It is such a big place, with tones of shops - what did they do to succeed?’ After I had bought my groceries, I decided to look at the clothing department, and that’s when I saw a huge advertisement for a sale on t-shirts and thought I’d go see what they had. I bought one, and decided to look at the tag because I always check what company produces the things I buy, and saw words - ‘Made in China.’ Of course, it didn’t matter to me since I only paid a few bucks for it. Once I got home, I started thinking about it some more and how everyone thinks that the world market is full of things ‘Made in China.’
    That’s when I said to myself, ‘Let’s see how many eBay sellers are selling products Made in China.’
    This moment changed my life forever.
    You may be wondering why products that are made in China are so cheap. That’s because the wages in China are far less than ours. They work for so little you probably make more in one hour than they do in a whole week, working twice as many working hours.
    All big companies outsource the manufacturing of their products overseas. For example, original Adidas shoes have a tag that says, ‘Made in China.’ They’re not fake, just made in an Adidas factory that’s located in China.
    From that moment on, I started watching many of the best sellers on eBay. I was watching what they were selling and comparing their prices to the ones in China. I figured that the profits were two-five times the prices, sometimes even more.
    I started with $300 from small orders, and began selling more and more. After 3 months of selling, I was making $5,000 per month, pure profit. I quit my job and was sitting at home, making money on my own.
    I shared this secret with my friends and they started to make money too. Two of them have very big business only by selling on eBay now. Talking with them a lot, they still have one thing to say, ‘there are so many people out there that have NO IDEA how they could be making money on eBay and don’t know what to sell, like we did in the past. 1. Research The eBay Marketplace

    I will give you information on how to order safely, because there are a lot of SCAMS when doing business with Chinese factories, how to contact the suppliers so that everything goes smoothly, etc.
3. Test On eBay
    Before you start to invest your money in buying products, you must test the product first on eBay. I will give you a good technique for testing.
    You need to know what you can expect and how many people will be looking for it. Do not INVEST any money before testing.
4. Ordering a Sample From a Supplier
    The last step is to order a sample from a supplier. I will give you a few main guidelines to follow, along with recorded real live chat that will show you how to deal with and ask for a sample from suppliers on Alibaba.
    You must learn these top four steps so that you can make money on eBay. Other things don’t matter so much in a successful eBay business. If you walk through these four steps, you will be READY to buy products from China and make money on eBay.
 
How Did I Find Out That eBay Sellers Sell Products From China?
   
    After that supermarket with t-shirts discovery, I found that a lot of real businesses import and sell products ‘Made in China.’ I started to Google for words such as ‘China wholesale,’ and looked to see what pages appeared.
    After looking at a couple of them, I found Alibaba. I registered so that I could talk via live chat or send private messages to suppliers.
    I spent several weeks browsing and searching for different products that were available on Alibaba. I made a list of great products that I was interested in and started to look for them on eBay. I found a lot of eBay sellers selling the exact SAME products, even with the same stock pictures from Alibaba, which was really funny.
    There are so many people on eBay selling products from China you can’t even imagine.
    After this discovery, I decided to research and find a product to resell for myself. I found a great niche with very low competition, ordered a sample and started my eBay business. Now you know how successfully this story ended for me.
    It is CRUCIAL to understand that you need to look at what is already working. Don’t waste your time inventing something new, because you need to find what others are doing, copy it, make it much better, and start making money.
    It is CRITICAL to understand that it is a lot easier to find people already making money on eBay and sell the same product, than to start selling with a new product that no one is selling.     Man, I can talk about that for hours.
    At first, I hated my job; I think a lot of people feel the same. The same routine every day, someone controlling you, and asking what you should and what you should not do.
    I remember I went to my boss and said I have been working here for 5 years now; maybe you can promote me because I want to turn this into a career. He said no, sorry, we are happy with what you are doing now and we will give you a 5% raise, I think you will be happy. But I was not. I was still working the same job and was angry about it year after year.
    So for me, an eBay business was like an opportunity to escape from this boring life and have a self-controlled life forever, I could work from home and enjoy my family.
    I wanted only one thing: FREEDOM. Everyone wants to control you, get up, and go to work, do this or don’t do this. I hate that. I want to be independent.
    Also, I was not happy with my income; I wanted to get the money that I believed I DESERVED to have. If you are working on your own, you get amount that equals your work. But if you work for a company, you get only a percentage and of course, it was too low for me.
    Yes, you are talking just to the point. I had the same issue. I had a boring job, and earned less money than people having a great life did from having their own business. I can tell you personally I worked a lot of BAD jobs, as I worked as a loader and auxiliary in a construction site, that I don’t even want to think about it. Tell me how it happened to you; tell what was the point where you started your eBay business?
    Well, I had no idea where to get products cheap or even what to resell. So after you gave me the direct source and techniques on how to research on eBay I was able to start.
