About 4 years ago, I was exactly where you are now, surfing the internet looking for a way out of my corporate cubicle space, and a way IN to Real Estate. I was a loan officer at the time along with my wife (we met at the bank) and banks and brokerages were going out business at an alarming rate, I felt that we were next. So, I had to act fast. I didn't want to take tests, get licensed, or be a Realtor, I wanted to MAKE MONEY IN REAL ESTATE, AND FAST! After all, the ONLY DEALS THAT WERE CLOSING WERE WITH REAL ESTATE INVESTORS. The proverbial "light-bulb" went off in my head.

So, We surrounded ourselves with others who were actually closing deals and making ALOT of money doing it. I watched them close these deals first hand. Afterward they go out to their fancy boat on the lake and celebrate, I had to go back to my stuffy cubicle at the office. That sucked! Something wasn't right! It was then I became determined to be just like them. But, since I didn't actually have piles of money at my disposal and no knowledge to go with it, I needed to find the way to do it without using using our credit or money, and that's EXACTLY what we did.
