I've never worked in a gym.
I do have loads of "in the trenches" experience. I've worked at this
stuff for years. I don't have the best genetics either. In fact, when
i was born, my dad nicknamed me "Rhino" because of my bald head and
big gut.
Growing up, I guess the Rhino tag never really helped me much. I
