You won’t ever have to step foot inside a gym if you don’t want to using military style fitness. In fact, I tell people to do what they enjoy the most and that usually doesn’t involve going to a boring gym and waiting in line to use sweaty equipment.

My military style workout series is designed to provide conditioning for the entire body, including cardio. If you are an avid bodybuilder or are trying to build massive muscles, this program may not be for you. If you are looking for gimmicks or a “magic” method that will give you instant results…then this program is definitely not for you. The program focuses on real sustainable fitness that can be done by anyone, anywhere through the use of tried and true methods used by elite forces all around the world.

I know this workout series will work for those who put in the time and commitment because I’ve seen it work! It has been used by many and has been modeled after the elite fitness programs used by various military organizations.

12 Week Military Fitness – Beginner

This is our most basic workout and is designed for those who are ready to take the journey towards a life of fitness. If you are ready to get into shape without having to purchase a gym membership and expensive home gym equipment, this is the workout for you. The program will start off with a light 3 day per week program allowing your muscles to gradually adjust to the new demands and will continue to increase with intensity as the weeks go by. By week 5, you will be working out 4 days per week and by week 9, you will be working out 5 days per week. When you reach the end of the 12 week program, you will be ready to take on the new challenges that await you in the intermediate program.

12 Week Military Fitness – Intermediate

If you are ready to take your training to the next level, the 12 week military intermediate workout is just what you need. This workout is designed for those who are beyond the beginner level but not quite ready to tackle an advanced workout. This program will have you working out 5 days per week for the entire 12 week period. It will continue to build on intensity and you will also begin strength training using dumbbells. This will help to build even more muscle allowing you to burn calories like you never have before.

12 Week Military Fitness – Advanced

This is the ultimate advanced level workout that combines calisthenics, cardio and weight training all in one challenging 12 week program. Using tried and true exercises from the Marine Corps and other military branches, this workout is all you need to get in the best shape of your life. Once you have tackled the beginner and intermediate programs, you are ready to move on to the final stages of the military style fitness program. This program will show you what a true “hardcore workout” feels like. All elements of full body fitness are included in this workout and the level of intensity is off the charts.
