level exercises.
At the end of each section there are a series of three different
exercise routines recommended

They show you how many sets and repetitions are suggested for each
fitness level. If you find that an exercise is too easy you can bump
up the resistance by either adding another set or by adding more
repetitions.
A blank workout form is included so that you can make copies of it and
use it as a handy reference and tracking tool. Depending on your
fitness level, you can take a few exercises from each section and make
up your own routines.
