  Lesson Three discusses planning day--the day you make up a flexible schedule for the next month, and work out a shopping list for your OAMC day.
  Lesson Four shows you what to do on shopping day, covering early prep work.
  Lesson Five covers OAMC day itself.  If you have done your planning work in lessons one to four, this is so much easier!
  Lesson Six is my notes from an actual OAMC, including a few recipes. 
  Lesson Seven expands on the OAMC concept, giving ideas for the other three weeks of the month. 
 


The object of this course is to give you the skills to adapt your own favourite recipes to the OAMC method.  The OAMC process is broken down into steps which can be applied to many foods and cooking styles.  Please note that there are not many (only nine) recipes in the course, since the object is for you to be able to use your own recipes.  There are lots of recipes available on the Internet (see my OAMC links page).
