There are some very real things to be afraid of if you are faced
with incarceration. There are some MISTAKES THAT CAN BE MADE THAT CAN
ADD YEARS IF NOT DECADES TO YOUR SENTENCE. Many prosecutions these
days are not "he said - she said" type scenarios. Many times a crime
leaves a paper or electronic trail that can be easily followed by

Approximately 90% of all people incarcerated are locked up on drug
and or firearms charges with about 10% being White Collar. Prison can
be a lonely place for a White Collar offender, but it is not the end
of the world. It is survivable and can be a growing and learning
experience.

ADVANTAGE OF THEM EVERY YEAR. Your case manager will file the
applicable documents for you to enter the program and many times will
recommend the program. And yes it is a way to get one's sentenced
reduced by up to a year.
