So, who are Oliver Jordan and Jimmy Lamour ?

Oliver Jordan is the fourth player in the state of Virginia to rush for over 4000 yards. As a two-time All-American running back at Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia, he set numerous college, state, and national records. His program utilizes an assortment of variables to improve athletes' balance, speed, agility, quickness, and strengthening tools for their specific sport. He is a level 1 USTF certified coach.

Jimmy Lamour is a former NC All South defensive back from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. During his collegiate career, he set the record for interception return yards at the school. Upon graduation, he tested numerous philosophies on strength and speed through seminars, self-study, conversation with renowned strength coaches, and training of hundreds of athletes.



Coach Lamour is one of the few performance coaches who actually "gets it". Rather than trying to separate performance and body composition goals, Jimmy meshes the two with fun, short, "athletic" workouts to develop an "all around" athlete.
