others are panicking about a real estate 'bubble', I'm licking my

OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY
I buy _ocean-front_ homes, commercial buildings, apartment
buildings, warehouses, land, and more. And I do it with OPM = Other
People's Money. Why should I use my own cash if I don't have to? My
black Amex card and my bulging money clip are all mine. I have a
private stash of hard money lenders that will give cash to ANYONE.
What I'm telling you is that you can have sh*tty credit, and NO
MONEY, and STILL make a killing in real estate. I understand that this
is probably hard to comprehend for someone like you. But it's 100%
true, and average people are doing it every day. So wake up.
I'm sure you've seen all of the "get rich in real estate" products
out there, sold by those real estate 'gurus' you see on late night
televison. If you enjoyed studying in school, then their stuff is
definitely for you. As a matter of fact, I've found their materials
are quite helpful if you enjoy waking up ankle-deep in your own drool.
1600 pages of manuals, 26 hours of video, and 14 hours of audio - all
from a guy with the personality of a precocious, adderall-overdosed 12
year old? Hmmmm.... That sounds like something I would NOT be
interested in. Maybe its just me.
I'm not interested in reading and studying tapes.....for MONTHS. Let
alone listening to some jack-off babbling about how smart he thinks he
is because he made $100k last year in real estate. That's NOTHING.
$80k of that probably came from selling his lame-ass course about how
to make money in real estate. Ever heard of the saying 'Fake it until
you make it'? That's what these guys do. Once they've sold enough of
their courses to idiots, they can finally afford to actually BUY some
real estate.
On the other hand, I've personally learned from the best of the
best. My sources have done time in prison for their 'creative' deals.
While all of the real estate "get rich quick" guys were paying college
dropouts to ghostwrite their BS courses, I was busy visiting posh
minimum security prisons to interview the REAL deal makers so I could
get an unfair advantage. And you won't believe the secrets they
