I'm really not a fan of personal stories, I watch Marketers do this
a lot, and mostly I find what they say pretty insincere, and a
shameless ploy at getting you to 'buy their stuff' (there I've said
it). The thing is, to have you understand the broader perspective I
need to outline the process, so that you can see the vision, don't
worry it won't take long, approx 3.5 minutes.
You will find, we are sincere. We do give a dam about others, most
importantly the pathway forward. For all of us.
Hi my name is Rach, and originally the Online Gardener was formed
by myself and husband Si. We were Internet Sales people, otherwise
known as Affiliate Marketers.
UNTIL THE UNTHINKABLE HAPPENED.
I was pregnant, and ONE DAY, AWOKE TO FIND I COULD BARELY MOVE. My
back felt as though it was frozen and I was left without feeling to
many parts of my body.
I literally couldn't not even sit at the computer any longer or do
the most basic things. The Internet had served us well, however
everything Net based, changes constantly. OUR INCOME STREAMS WERE
DRYING UP, and we had no way to build more.
Si now had to tend to our other two kids (both under two) as I
couldn't move.
FINALLY THE MONEY RAN DRY.
We had gone from doing pretty well, to having to sell 'stuff' to
keep afloat. It was devastating
IN FACT THERE WERE DAYS WE COULDN'T MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH OUR KIDS,
for fear of falling to pieces right in front of them. We felt like we
had let them down so terribly and doomed them to an existence full of
poverty with very limited options.
We could not longer afford healthy food.
Organic chemical free food, was no longer an option for our family.
So we turned to our garden, and discovered the solution that would
change our lives forever.
By now, my back was beginning to feel better, although I was still
pretty restricted. My pregnancy was almost at full term and we were
about to welcome our third child. I was helping (sort of?) weed our
veggie plot with my husband one day, when he turned to me and said :
"I've got it!
I've found the way out but not just for us!
If we just combine our marketing knowledge with a focus on
sustainable living
we could really help others but in a much bigger way!
Honey I think we should get the word out!!"
In the eight years I have been married to this wonderful man I had
never seen him, so excited. As he has a knack of discovering the most
awesome niche products, I decided to put his idea to the test.
Determined and focused I hit the research and read everything I
could about this market. Using my contacts and prior experience, I
talked to people in marketing, gardening and even government
officials. People from all over the world loved and applauded this
idea. Some even quite annoyed that they didn't think of it themselves!
I got more and more excited.
The idea + demand + extensive market research and testing, has
turned into what you now see before you.
Truly, we have compiled this system with you in mind. We know you

Our family is back on track now. We can look at our kids again.
