regularly to the gym for about 5 years. I am over 50 and so you can

went together as much as we could. With our schedules we couldn't

There were classes offered and we both went to some of those when it
suited our schedule. They were meant to give a total body workout
including cardio combined with weight training for overall muscle
toning.

We changed our habits of eating the wrong foods to a more healthy
diet and an overall better lifestyle geared to meeting our goals.

We cut out all junk foods and all sugar if possible. We ate a lot of
chicken and fish. There was a lot of green salad at every meal and
plenty of green vegetables. Rice was common instead of potatoes and
pasta.

We tried to not eat anything after 8pm and when we had our meals it
was just one small helping with no desert.

We cut out soft drinks and all sweets. We drank more water, ate out
less, and had no fast foods.

Together with 4 simple easy workouts at the gym per week and this
new diet we both lost weight and toned our bodies. We received
compliments from friends and acquaintances about how we now looked
compared to how we looked just a few weeks earlier.
