But what if you’re unhealthy, plagued by nagging injuries, or otherwise “too unfit” to train? So were Adam and Ryan!

Although he appeared to be in great shape, Adam came to the Circular Strength Training® system with nagging aches and pains accumulated over 25 years of conventional weight training.
