I am a seniour person with a religious/spiritual background and I
find it good to to have the explanations because that is what we need
to keep us reminded.
Then the poems and stories speak for themselves. In fact I often
take a hymn and just use it as a theme for prayer.
Using our celtic imagination it is amazing what can emerge, stories,
poems, dances (even with just our own inner music).
