The blackjack game has the best odds to the player's favor. Using the knowledge of card counting, you can decrease or increase the edge over the house.
Simply to say, the blackjack game can be beaten.
Blackjack is beatable by the average human being who is willing to set aside some time for practice. The method can be used to give you an advantage over the house. The concept of counting cards is simple, yet often misunderstood. Card counting has been around for decades. The casual player thinks that card counting is memorizing every card that has been played. No, it involves remembering a single number and having the capability to add or subtract 1 to, or from, this number. This way you keep track of the Deck Composition of yet-to-be-played cards by keeping track of the ratio of low cards (2-6) to high value cards (Aces and 10s) that have already been played
Contrary to popular belief, Card Counting is not illegal. You cannot get arrested for counting cards in a casino. In fact it has been ruled in courts all over the world to be a perfectly legitimate and legal strategy for play as long as the player is using their brain rather than a computer to keep track of the cards, however the casino (if they suspect you are a card counter) may ask you nicely to leave. They may ask you to leave the blackjack table and go play other casino games. It is the players duty to be cautious when counting cards.
It is not easy for you to keep track of all of these cards. In the real life casino situation, there are a lot of distractions which includes conversations with other players, speedy dealers, cocktail waitresses, heat from pit bosses, the noise of the slot machines... all that stuff. This is why you need a steady practice and dedication in order to overcome these distractions.

Sounds Crazy and "Too Good to be True", but ...

Insider Secrets Revealed in this eBook!
What is The Basic Idea Behind Blackjack Card Counting ?
The basic idea is that a deck full of 10's & Aces is to the advantage of the player - while a deck full of small cards is to the advantage of the dealer. If more low cards than 10 value cards have already been played, then we know that there are a higher number of high cards left unplayed in the deck, which means that the player is at a greater advantage.
Why? Because with a higher percentage of high value cards in the deck there is more opportunity for the player to receive BlackJacks, 20s and other high hands and there is more opportunity for the dealer to bust if they have to draw a third card to their hand (dealers must always hit until soft 17).
How do you keep track of which card has been
played and which card is still in the deck ?
You do that by counting cards, which will be explained in my ebook "How To Beat The Blackjack Game" in details. But, before card counting will be of any use to you what-so-ever, you need to know how to minimize the advantage that the house has over you. This is done by implementing a standard system of correct plays referred to as Basic Strategy, which will also be explained in this ebook.
For every combination of player hand and dealer up-card there is only one correct way to play the hand. This does not mean that you will win every time you play, but using the Basic Strategy you will minimize the amount you will lose in the long run. On average most players who play blackjack without basic strategy will be playing at a 1.5-3% disadvantage. If you play perfect basic strategy you will only be playing at a 0.5% disadvantage. A 1.5-3% disadvantage is impossible to overcome with card counting whereas a 0.5% deficit is easily overcome.
To be a successful card counter you must play perfect Basic Strategy at all times. There is no room for mistakes and guesses. You play by the rules of the Basic Strategy table at all times. The advantage that card counting gives you is small but can become substantial when successive bets are placed over a long enough period of time. However, your slim advantage will be easily eaten away by poor play and bad decisions. Each time you break Basic Strategy - regardless of whether you win or lose - you will increase the advantage of the house over you. This is a difficult concept for many beginners to grasp, but if you want to win at blackjack, playing perfect Basic Strategy is a principle I suggest you never waver from.
Basic Strategy does change in several minor ways depending on the number of decks and the rules of the particular game you are playing against. I would strongly recommend that before you play any game you make sure that you know the correct Basic Strategy for the rules and decks you are playing against. I would suggest that you learn a generic chart and make the few alterations where and when they are needed.
