About the Author
Basil Sparks leads a team of pastors and staff at Durbanville
Baptist Church, Cape Town. In 2007 he successfully completed a MA
Degree by dissertation through the University of Pretoria, in which he
compared leadership in business and leadership in the Church. Along
with his theological studies, Basil has a NHD in Civil Engineering.
Working on construction sites around the Eastern Cape has equipped him
with invaluable leadership experience and shaped his views on the
topic. Basil is married to Heidi, and together they have been blessed
with two wonderful children, Christopher
and Kaitlyn.
