Golf Muscles Working:

* Abdominals

Procedure:

* While holding a medicine ball, start in a squat position with legs
shoulder width apart, knees bent, bodyweight shifted towards outside
leg. Medicine ball should start outwards of outside leg.

* In a swift motion, rise up out of the squat position while
squaring shoulders.

* From this position, medicine ball is moving up diagonally across
and then above shoulders. Arms are straight, outside leg is now
slightly bent while back leg has been pivoted.

* Shoulders are now perpendicular from starting position.

* This exercise should be performed in a quick, fluid motion while
maintaining control.
