Fat Loss Lie #2:  To get the body of your dreams, and lose fat fast, you have to take some miracle fat loss pill being hawked on television by wannabe actors and/or washed up celebrities, or some secret plant only found in the farthest reaches of the earth.

There is no miracle pill.  Never was and never will be.  Even the pharmacuetical companies can't come up with something that works, and is safe, (unless you'd like a heart attack to go along with those pills) and they invest billions into this research.  The truth is it takes work to lose fat, but nobody wants to tell you that because they'll lose money.  I cut through all the hype and lies and give you nothing but the truth.

Fat Loss Lie #3:  To truly get the abs and flat stomach you want, you have to buy some silly abs gizmo on an infomercial.

Do you really think the fitness models used in those commercials use those silly contraptions to get their lean bodies defined muscles?  Of course not!

Fat Loss Lie #4:  To lose fat fast and get the body you've always wanted, you have to totallly cut out carbohydrates and eat lots of protein and fat.  Or is it eat lots of carbohydrates and protein and cut out fat?  Or eat whatever you want, but just stay away from sugar and you'll lose fat?
