PROBLEM, WHICH IS HIGHLIGHTED IN THE SIMPLE OBSERVATION THAT _THE WAY_
PEOPLE ARE "TRYING" TO LOSE WEIGHT ISN'T WORKING FOR MANY. TO
REITERATE, THE REASON IS THAT MOST PEOPLE AND MOST APPROACHES TO
WEIGHT LOSS ARE OPERATING OUT OF AN INCOMPLETE FORMULA.

THE FIRST PROBLEM IS NOT ADDRESSING THE MINDSET. The second is in the
fact that even when people think they are attending to the mindset
factors people are doing it in a completely ineffective way. In
effect, _the second part of the problem lies in MISUNDERSTANDING HOW
TO USE OUR MINDS FOR "A CHANGE" - OR TO CHANGE THINGS._

EITHER WAY, THIS THEN LEAVES YOU STUCK WITH A PSYCHOLOGY THAT DOESN'T
WORK - AND A BUNCH OF REALLY INEFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO TRY AND GET
YOURSELF TO ACT DIFFERENTLY. Note: the same thing applies whether you
are trying to get into regular exercise, trying to get yourself
organized to take your lunch to work or trying not to eat emotionally
- so what you'll learn covers all facets relevant to you losing
weight.

What's wrong with you -
where's your 'will power' and don't you have any 'discipline'?

WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE YOU? In a nutshell, you end up trying to use
willpower and discipline, and by the way how has that worked for you
so far? If your answer to that was "NOT GREAT" I'm not surprised,
because essentially you are trying to change behaviour without
changing the hidden drivers that run your behaviour. This is
fundamentally the wrong order of change and is also central to the
myriad of ineffective strategies people are forced into relying on to
_try_ to get the shifts they are seeking and know they need.

YOUR MINDSET IS WORKING AGAINST YOU - MAYBE YOU'VE FELT THAT

This is most easily illustrated with a couple of simple examples
you'll relate to, like when you tell yourself you can't have a certain
food (that you like) what happens? You'll just want it more, won't
you? What about this one: "Don't think about chocolates ..." What
happens? The chocolate comes to mind, you see it in all its' glory and
it reminds you how much you like it and then it's pretty hard to say
no, isn't it?

These are just a couple of ways the usual psychology pits you against
yourself and sets up that inner battle and crazy mind chatter - but I
could go on all day about the ways that these mind games play out for
you each and every day. What about the fact that the harder you try
often the more you can go the other way - how ironic and frustrating
is that? I'll stop there.

The bottom line is this: there are reasons that this happens and for
as long as you are in that "I really want the cake but I should have
the apple" battle - you are never going to win.

IT'S NOT A DIET OR AN EATING PLAN THAT DOESN'T WORK

I'm not here to knock what's out there. Quite the contrary! I think
there are a ton of great and well meaning weight loss programmes,
eating plans, exercise regimes and support systems out there however,
without the right mindset you are unable to capitalize on them!

It's not a diet or an eating plan, or an exercise programme that
doesn't work - _it's the usual psychology that we take into it that is
the problem. _

Despite all the myriad of diets out there today and all the ones
you've tried - _THE PSYCHOLOGY OR MINDSET THEY TYPICALLY LEAD YOU INTO
IS FUNDAMENTALLY THE SAME _AND IT SETS YOU UP FOR FAILURE.

more than a weight loss programme, it's arming you for life.

As ironic as it sounds, this is actually part of the mindset that
sets you up for failure. In brief, it makes your mental and emotional
state too vulnerable and reliant on the scales. It makes you super
sensitve to what's not working and it puts your entire focus on
something that's not directly within your control i.e. specifically
when you will reach your goal (there are so many variables that only
your body can dictate the ideal rate of weight loss for you - which is
more natural too).

We all want the result ASAP which is understandable, goals and
direction are certainly important however this needs to be done in a
more effectve way which the course will teach you. The important point
to note here is that when your mindset is in the right place, you
simply won't feel that sense of impatience and that will work in your
favour because it's another secret of a mindset that works. This is
just one example of the almost paradoxal mindset shifts you need to

people can crash diet, however it's not a solution because you can't
sustain it, it's temporary and then you go back to where you were and

quick fix is the faster route.

When you shift your mindset first, or as you change your habits, then
it's actually a much more direct path to the results you want. Plus,
you won't revert back and it also becomes exponential! In other words,
it becomes easier, quicker and better as you get more of your system
(that was previously working against you) now working for you.
