In 2003 I hired a personal trainer in Virginia to help me with MY
fitness. I was traveling a ton and needed some support. He introduced

Immediately I put 3 of my coworkers on a program. In a few months
one lost 25 lbs, another 30 lbs, and one lost 40 lbs! Soon nearly
everyone in our company, including my supervisors, wanted to begin a
