These are a few of the common stresses and challenges that our players are expected to cope with on a daily basis.

And without the right tools you probably will not even get a chance to help confront those issues because your players will not even tell you what's affecting them.
Of course good coaches will now from some simple tell tale signs that something is affecting their player and have the communication system in place to help coax out any issues affecting performance and attitude.
Apart from technical issues, apart from physical challenges and apart from tactical issues, you need to be able to deal with all the issues above and beyond to truly build a team that wants to play for success and wants to reach the heights of performing to their peaks.

Hi there! many thanks for your e-book! Again i have taken your advice to training and your main topic which has worked for me is the positive attitude, putting a positive attitude towards a team means that first and formost you have to have a positive attude yourself.
I personally think that being positve to children ie u 10s will draw there attention and they become very responsive to a coaches positive attitude.

Hi would just like to thank you and let you know how I was getting on.
The two sections I found most useful and were the breathing exercises and focusing.
It had never crossed my mind before about breathing correctly and to prove you right the same week I read that there was endless
replays of Kevin Nolan (Bolton Wanderers FC) superb volleyed goal which clearly showed him exhaling as he unleashed the shot.
AS for focusing my new favourite saying is "job in hand" and it's helping me focus in games when I would usually be found switching
