robot that can be programmed to do whatever "needs" to be done. The
fact of the matter is that we people wantto do things our way. We
don't like to be told what to do and we would rather follow a plan
that gets us result but that still fits into our lyfestyle and habits.
As far asfatenning food goes, no single food will make you fat by
itself. For example, you can have chocolate cake and still lose weight
for that day. If your calorie total for the day isn'tover what it
should be, you can get away with eating your favorite foods - keep
