Hi, my name is Phillip Guerra.  I'm 32 years old and an anesthesiology resident with just a few months left to graduate.  My wife, a licensed Realtor, and I own twelve, previously foreclosed rental properties that pay us more than Social Security pays 90% of Americans today.Each month we go to our PO Box and pick up rent checks (actually money orders; we don't take tenants' checks), and spend it on things we want - like our new car, our son, and of course vacations!
