How often have you purchased a pill from some new company long on promises and hype, but didn't deliver? Or bought a book based on some idea or concept that is nearly impossible to continue for any length of time? Or even worse, a book that didn't contain any new revelations or truly helpful ideas, instead simply re-hashed the only mantra.

It's hard enough to maintain the weight we have, much less drop pounds. And, the list of foods we can eat is getting smaller and smaller. As I looked at how most dieters attempt to lose weight, one thing became abundantly clear.

In case you doubt it can be done ... even Oprah stopped yo-yoing up and down when she learned this a few years ago.

If you're really lucky, you may have whipped these problems. You might like your body size eating foods you love anytime you want. Some lucky people have it even easier, but as they say in they fine print, "These Results Not Typical."

But here's the problem. For even those lucky ones, as time goes by they will likely put the weight back on ... that's the difference between starving temporarily and solving this problem once and for all. Your weight lose continues while your eating every two hours, feeling full or even stuffed most of the time.

If you want to escape the old diet models, you're faced with a dilemma, you have to decide whether to trust me (a doctor you've never met). I assure you, I don't take that decision lightly.

There Is a Better Way

However, if you will bear with me, I can show you a better way to lose the fat, a real way, that doesn't involve starving or any other temporary band-aid. The solution lies outside the box. It's gonna take an open mind, some eye-opening realizations, and some downright old fashioned understanding of our pre-historic body.

But before I share these ideas with you, it's very important for you to understand, I'm NOT soliciting you for anything. I don't have to "sell" you anything. I can go back to a very comfortable doctor living anytime I want. However, I am looking to develop a limited number of deep, trusting relationships where both of us benefit. As you read on, you'll see exactly why this has to be the right fit for both of us. If it's not, there's no point in moving forward and I won't waste your time.

After more than 25 years studying health, diet and nutrition, I recently had one of those "Ah Ha" moments. It may sound obvious, but my discovery was most diet books/experts, either, don't really understand or don't want you to know how our ancient human body works. They simply want to sell more stuff to more fat people, which may be an indicator as to why American's continue to get bigger and bigger.

When you realize that most American's will buy 4 to 6 diet products/books every year (that's a diet product every couple of months). You also realize for the sellers of this stuff, it's all about setting people up for the next purchase, and the next purchase. It's natural because most of the initial profits are eaten up by advertising costs, so without this continuous stream of purchases they have no profits.

Here's another thing, most dieters are sucked into buying another product/book because they couldn't find a professional they could trust. Heck, we are lucky to find a professional, period. It's no secret, this industry is filled with flaky 'experts' and companies.

The fact is, most dieters purchase these products out of sheer desperation. Thinking this will be the one, this really is different. But it's not that simple. There is a hidden trap. It's only after you've made the purchase that you realize it is no different, it's the same old starvation crap as everything else out there.

The only way you can feel good about yourself is to keep up the starvation. This leads to even more cravings, gnawing and a little weight loss, but definitely not permanent loss. And that's where dieters end up looking for that next product that will solve this problem.

The more weight you need to lose the faster, more desperate this cycle becomes. And it's been this way for years, and, it's getting much worse. It's the old school model. But it just doesn't create a life you can live with.

PPS. One last thing. This is designed for people who can squeeze in a couple of minutes every two hours to eat, you cannot skip meals. You can eat anything you want, but if you have a hard time changing your eating habits and squeezing this in every couple of hours, this may not work for you. Shoot me an email if this doesn't make sense ... but I have found the biggest hurdle for people is forcing themselves to eat (I would have never predicted this would be a problem).
