Facts from the rain forest
•According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, an average American produces
twenty-two tons of CO2 per year. It takes 27 trees growing for 12-25 years (depending on
the species of tree) to absorb that amount of CO2!
•According to the Tropical Sierra Foundation, an average tree planted in good
growing conditions within the forests of Costa Rica would convert 0.82 tons of CO2
over its lifetime.

The Tropical Sierra Foundation will PLANT A TREE
IN THE RAINFOREST OF COSTA RICA for every copy of Tropic Joe Adventures
that is sold!!!
