Chris your guide is the only book I have seen that actually takes someone by the hand and helps the overcome their Anxiety. As an anxiety sufferer of almost 10 years I have been able to do things now that I never thought I would do again. At the time of buying your book I had not left my house going on 23 days because of how serious the panic attacks had become. Just trying to go outside to get the paper became frightening. Sorry Chris, I don't have a picture available on the computer but I would like to say how appreciative I am for creating this book. I am 34 years old and have never experienced a panic attack until 3 months ago when I was riding the public train home from work. I had a sudden feeling that I was going to die and my throat began to close and I really freaked out! They stopped the train and called an ambulance which made me even more embarrassed. To make a long story short the doctor told me I had a panic attack and he prescribed me Prozac which after taking one pill I know I will be never taking again.
