Dear Fellow Dog Lover,
Watching a healthy, vibrant dog quickly deteriorate and die is devastating for any dog owner. It's painful for the dog and for you. You wonder what happened, why your beloved dog got so ill at such a young age. And you'll probably ask yourself if there was anything you could have done to prevent it.
If you've had dogs for as long as I have, you will know how cherished your time is together. You'll do anything necessary to ensure your relationship lasts as long as it possibly can. I've created a product that provides the information that will help you achieve that goal.
But before I tell you about it, there's something else I want to share with you.
My name is Sylvia Dickens and recently, I stumbled across some information on how to ensure my dogs get the absolute best care possible. Unfortunately, this advice came too late for my dog. That's why I want to share my findings with you, so you don't have to go through the suffering that my dog and I did.
My experience might be familiar to you.
You see, not long ago I lost my dog, Cindy, to cancer. When we got the diagnosis, I immediately instructed the vet to do the necessary surgery to remove the growth. Hopefully, this would extend her life. She was only 8 years old at the time.
The surgery was massive and it did give us a few more years together, but when her final day came 2 years later, the cancer had spread to her heart. There was no hope left.
I was devastated. And I wanted answers. How could such a vibrant, fun loving and energetic dog suddenly develop cancer and die?
Then I heard about the dog food recalls. Every week, there were more reports of dogs dying because of certain ingredients in their food.
This led me to dig a little deeper. The results were shocking! I discovered that manufactured dog food can cause devastating illness in dogs, including cancer, heart disease and diabetes. The news spread fast. The growing alarm among dog owners was hard to ignore...
Their pets were dying from poisoning and toxins caused by store-bought dog food. The recalls seemed never to stop while reports of dogs dying continued. Those that didn't die ended up with serious health conditions.
Was the dog food to blame?
As a dog owner, I became extremely worried that my dogs might have been seriously affected by the food I was giving them. I couldn't help looking back on the three dogs I'd lost to kidney failure and cancer. And I couldn't help asking myself, "Did I cause their deaths by the food choices I made for them?"
After doing more research into the matter, I learned a lot more about dog nutrition. I now know how important it is to read labels and to understand exactly what they mean. Before then, I had no idea what all those ingredients were, but I was sure the dog food companies wouldn't harm my dog. I was convinced they only wanted the best for my dog.
Looks like I was wrong, like a great number of other dog owners who put their trust in the dog food manufacturers.
Now I'm much more aware of what constitutes good, nutritious dog food. I also know what foods are dangerous to my dog's health. Some of them surprised me because they sound so "safe". It's hard to believe they can seriously affect my dog's health.
