Now that I have been using your meditation course for a full three
months, I have been noticing even better results. I am sleeping better
and am requiring approx. one hour less sleep per night! This is
amazing to me as I have chronic fatigue. I wake up fully refreshed and

Dear Michael!
This project has really helped me getting started with meditation,
something I have wished to try for years but hadn't been able to due
to very expensive meditation courses in my country. I have downloaded
the music sent to me and I am beginning to feel the benefits- it gets
easier to meditate every day and I seem to loose my temper less than I
used to.

Hi Michael,
I don't have any questions but I do want to tell you how much I'm
improving in my meditation practice thanks to you. I have been
diagnosed with breast cancer and the meditation is helping me to deal
with everything including keeping my children calm. I also have a
throat condition that is triggered by stress and meditation helps with
that also.
